The overall growth in the number of investment clubs and membership indicates a better future for real estate market.

When we asked a veteran real estate investor about what are other alternatives for those who does not want to invest in stock market. And most of them replied there is no alternative to real estate investment. And asked people to join an investment club to understand where real estate is different and the best investment option.
